Role Overview
The Operations Associate runs day-to-day creator, sponsor and agency operations.
The role reports directly to the Agency Lead.
The position includes creator communications, deliverables management, livestream coordination, business-development support and reporting.
What You’ll Own
- Serve as the daily point of contact for creators and coordinate scripts, upload dates and sponsor mentions.
- Track sponsor obligations against contract terms and maintain Trello as the deliverables source of truth.
- Monitor The Moon Show livestreams, coordinate guests, confirm sponsor placements and log KPIs.
- Build outreach lists, send first-touch emails, book calls, prepare proposals and maintain the business-development pipeline.
- Prepare weekly reports, campaign performance summaries and invoice and collection follow-ups.
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, agency account management, partnerships or business development.
- Crypto or Web3 exposure is strongly preferred.
- Highly organised and comfortable using Trello, Google Sheets, Telegram, Discord and email throughout the day.
- Clear written English and ability to write messages that receive responses.
- Comfortable working across US, UK and Europe time zones, including livestream hours.
- The role is based in Dubai and requires a valid UAE residence visa; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics, affiliate and UTM tracking, or basic commercial contract terms.
Compensation
- Compensation is up to AED 10,000 per month.
- The package includes an AED 8,000 base inclusive of housing and transport allowances, plus up to AED 2,000 monthly performance compensation tied to published targets.
- Performance and compensation are reviewed after six months.
