Role Overview

Core Operations

• Hire, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support employees deploying and retrieving shared electric vehicles.
• Build a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment for a fully operational Dubai fleet.
• Define processes and best practices that improve warehouse operational performance.

Projects and Performance

• Partner on operations projects that identify expansion opportunities in the region.
• Define and monitor KPIs for market profitability, revenue, and operational performance.
• Support complaint management and customer incident investigations.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work with Government Relations on legal, regulatory, and safety issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, regulators, city officials, employees, and Lime management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams on local initiatives for revenue growth.

Experience and Regional Knowledge

• One to three years of professional work experience is required; at least one year in operations is preferred.
• Experience leading teams or groups is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Dubai region and ability to anticipate local operational needs and challenges.

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent verbal and written English and Arabic are required.
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets and ability to interpret data are required.
• Tableau or SQL knowledge is a bonus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, entrepreneurial, and cost-focused skills are expected.

Workplace

• This is a warehouse-based onsite position during assigned business hours.
