Responsibilities
- Handle daily import and export operations in Jebel Ali.
- Prepare and submit documents through Dubai Trade.
- Follow up on customs declarations, gate passes, port procedures, and JAFZA-related work.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, transporters, customs brokers, and port authorities.
- Follow up on container movements, loading, unloading, and delivery schedules.
- Update customers on shipment status and delivery progress.
- Maintain proper operational records and documentation.
- Assist with other office and operational duties when required.
- Handle multiple tasks and urgent operational matters efficiently.
