Job Purpose
Support trade contract management and domestic and export execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with ginners, logistics providers, warehouses, and quality classing service providers to execute and process domestic and export contracts on time.
- Manage shipments, ticketing, invoicing, cost accruals, cotton movement and miscellaneous cost matching, purchase and sales settlements, and filing.
- Manage and report on contracts, stock, shipments, and logistics.
- Support contract entry, verification, review, updates, filing, freight management, and execution for the trade desk.
- Identify solutions to improve contract execution and supply chain operations.
- Provide support and backup when required and perform other duties as required.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree is required, with Agriculture preferred.
- Experience with logistics, operations, or supply chain-related tasks is required.
- Understanding of the Australian Container Handling Industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an office and team environment is required.
Skills and Attributes
- Highly computer literate, including competent use of Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to operate different inventory and invoice management software.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to prioritize workload, work independently under pressure, and maintain a methodical and accurate approach.
