Operations Assistant

We are searching for an experienced Operations Assistant at our MSC India - Nhava Sheva facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Vessel Husbanding & Port Clearance : Experience in vessel husbanding and port operations.

Ability to manage vessel husbanding activities and coordinate with Port Customs, Port Authorities, PHO (Port Health Organization), Immigration, and other relevant government agencies for vessel clearance and immigration formalities.

Vessel Operations Monitoring: Sound knowledge of customs, immigration, PHO, and port clearance procedures.

Ability to monitor and oversee vessel operations during port calls to ensure smooth execution of activities.

Vessel Supervision & Compliance: Hands-on experience in ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo) handling, loading, and supervision.

Provide vessel supervision and operational support while ensuring compliance with all port regulations, safety requirements, and statutory procedures.

ODC Cargo Operations: Supervise and coordinate ODC loading and unloading operations.

Ensure safe cargo handling and strict adherence to operational and safety procedures.
