Operations Assistant (m/f/x)

✔️ Organising customers’ sourcing requirements from request through to on-hire and off-hire, managing servicing, documentation, and compliance ✔️ Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input ✔️ Liaising with customers, vendors, and branches to arrange servicing, MOT bookings, and repairs, raising work and purchase orders, validating service sheets, and ensuring accurate system updates

✔️ Good customer care and communication skills with a professional telephone manner ✔️ A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work ✔️ A good sense of humour – we work hard, but we like a laugh too
