About the Role
Innermost is seeking an Operations Assistant to support supply chain, customer experience, commercial accounts, and cross-functional projects. You will work directly with the Operations Manager to solve problems and improve processes.

- Support day to day operations and help optimise processes across the business
- Work on supply chain management — inventory planning, production coordination
- Own customer interactions: resolve issues quickly and contribute to CX initiatives
- Support marketing events and help execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention
- Help manage and grow relationships with existing commercial accounts
- Collaborate on cross functional projects across marketing, product, finance, and more
- Move quickly, stay organised, and keep multiple balls in the air
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with numbers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive problem solver with a positive, can do attitude
- Able to juggle competing priorities without losing focus
- Takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do
- Thrives in fast paced environments with high expectations
- Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or similar (preferred)
- Recent graduate or 1 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Must be based in Dubai with a valid UAE visa

Position Overview
- This is a high energy, high impact role for someone who wants to get their hands dirty and help run a fast growing wellness brand.
- You’ll work directly with the Operations Manager across supply chain, customer experience, commercial accounts, sales, and cross functional projects.
- You’ll solve problems, improve processes, and help build the operational backbone that powers our growth.
What You’ll Do
