Operations Assistant / Customer Service Advisor

Location and Schedule

• The role is based in Doncaster.
• The position is full time and runs Monday to Friday.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Provide quotations and book transport requirements.
• Plan and allocate vehicles and drivers.
• Monitor live deliveries and proactively manage issues.
• Keep customers updated throughout the delivery process.
• Manage proof-of-delivery records and job completion processes.
• Work closely with drivers, customers, and the operations team.
