Role Description
The VP of Operations is a full-time, remote leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations across Cave Ventures' portfolio.
The role manages operational frameworks, implements scalable processes and aligns brand, marketing and retail initiatives.
The position leads cross-functional teams, sets performance metrics and drives efficiency, customer experience and profitability.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee P&L performance and optimise resource allocation across business units.
- Coordinate project roadmaps and support new venture launches from concept to execution.
- Translate strategic goals from founders and business leaders into actionable operational plans.
- Manage operational frameworks and implement scalable processes across digital and physical businesses.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills, including process optimisation and multi-brand portfolio oversight.
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting and financial performance tracking is required.
- Experience leading ecommerce, retail or multi-brand operations and scaling businesses is required.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management or a related field is required.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
