Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations including enquiries, quotations, supplier coordination, and order follow through
- Take partial ownership of the existing client portfolio and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Follow up on open quotations and drive conversions
- Support marketing activity with content, company communications, LinkedIn presence, and preparation of marketing materials
- Develop product knowledge across the TDM Middle East portfolio to quote the right solution for each client use case
- Drive lead generation and cold outreach across Oil & Gas, Utilities, Healthcare, Transportation, and Government sectors
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and occasional exhibitions
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or business operations role in a technical or B2B environment in the UAE
- Demonstrated sales capabilities including opportunity identification, issuing quotations, and relationship management
- Excellent communication skills; fluent English speaker
- Based in Abu Dhabi; UAE driving licence is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Organised, detail oriented, and comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision

About TDM Middle East
- TDM Middle East LLC is a system design house based in Abu Dhabi, focusing on voice, video, and data communication systems for critical sectors across the GCC.
- The company serves major clients including DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Dubai and Abu Dhabi Police, and the Presidential Court (MOPA).
What You Will Do
- Manage day to day operations — enquiries, quotations, supplier coordination, and order follow through from first contact to payment and delivery.
- Take partial ownership of the existing client portfolio and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Follow up on open quotations and drive conversions.
- Support marketing activity with our Marketing Team — assist with content, company communications, LinkedIn presence, and preparation of marketing materials.
- Develop product knowledge across the TDM Middle East portfolio — including communication systems, safety solutions, and new product lines.
- Drive lead generation and cold outreach — proactively identify and pursue new clients across Oil & Gas, Utilities, Healthcare, Transportation, and Government sectors.
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and occasional exhibitions.
Who You Are — Non Negotiable Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a commercial, sales support, or business operations role in a technical or B2B environment in the UAE.
- Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including opportunity identification, issuing quotations, and relationship management.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Fluent English speaker. Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Based in Abu Dhabi; field visits across UAE are part of this role. UAE driving licence is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Organised, detail oriented, and comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision.
- You are fanatical about record keeping. Honest and loyal above all else, and an early starter and punctual.
