Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Operations Analyst.
Monitor daily retail and commercial operations, analyze sales and inventory data, and prepare reports and dashboards for decision-making.
Support process improvement, operational planning, and cross-functional projects related to store performance, product mix, and supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams to align operations with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Assist with operational planning and support cross-functional projects.
- Track key performance indicators and ensure consistent application of company standards.
- Work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate findings in a structured and actionable manner.
Core Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Clear and professional communication skills for internal collaboration and presentations.
- Experience or familiarity with sales operations and retail performance metrics.
- Knowledge of operations management, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
- Basic project management skills for planning, coordination, and tracking initiatives.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and business software such as Excel or BI tools.
- Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and meet part-time role expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in retail or trading environments is an advantage.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
Language Requirement
- Professional working proficiency in English.
