Operations Administrator - Perth Airport

TCR has a brand-new, exciting opportunity available in our Perth Workshop: Operations Administrator!

As an Operations Administrator , you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, keeping systems, timesheets and work orders running smoothly while supporting teams in a dynamic, safety-focused aviation environment.

Provide timely, accurate administrative and work order processing support to accounts, compliance and service departments

Maintain and take ownership of timesheet processing.

General office duties including mail, scanning, photocopying, filing and archiving.

Assist operations administrators and operations managers as required.

Promote a safety-first approach.

Acquire exposure to the unique nature of the Aviation Industry.

Experience working with Microsoft Office365 - Microsoft Word and Excel.

Experience managing accurate and timely data entry.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Fantastic organisational skills, having the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage your time.

Previous experience working in dealership/automotive/workshop settings would be highly regarded.

Experience with SAP – highly regarded.
