We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator for our Charlotte office.

The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily business operations by serving as a central point of coordination between Operations, Project Management and other departments.

This position is responsible for providing administrative, organizational, and reporting support to help ensure efficient project execution, strong communication, and exceptional internal and external customer service.

• Champion and promote the company's commitment to safety and safety culture.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external customers, vendors, and business partners.
• Support operational initiatives and collaborate across departments to help achieve company goals.
• Assist with the administration and coordination of company facilities, equipment, and property as needed.
• Partner directly with Project Managers to support project administration, reporting, documentation, monthly billing, collections, and overall project organization.
• Process incoming contracts and project documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist the Accounting Department with annual project closeout documentation and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and action items for weekly and monthly operational meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with operational leadership regarding project status, priorities, and day-to-day business activities.
• Coordinate meetings, events, conference room scheduling, and other office activities.
