Operations Administrator

We need a detail-oriented and proactive administrator to join our dynamic Operations team.

This is a crucial role to support our purchasing and production planning departments, so high levels of organisation, efficiency and previous purchasing experience are required.

• You must enjoy maths and numbers
• You must have exposure to purchasing or supply chain previously.
• We manufacture , so you must have had previous experience purchasing for manufactured product
• You need to be logical - Projects have many bespoke requirements, so there's always a lot of new detail to work through.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Manage the purchasing and production inbox and associated admin.
• Enter received goods at accurate cost price, and complete delivery note admin.
• 3 way matching
• Stock reconciliations
• Reporting
• Project costings records and admin
• Factory paperwork, such as labels/fitting instructions.
• Logistics prep: Gathering pallet dimensions and arranging transport
• Support for purchasing and planning during absences/holidays

This role is a responsible post in the sales Operations team because it is critical to our timely fulfilment of orders.

It is an assistant function to the Purchasing and Planning departments, completing all admin and other support tasks.
