Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, emails, and administrative priorities.
Gather supplier pricing and product information for estimating and bidding.
Research municipal bylaws and permit requirements.
Submit BC Digs tickets for utility provider information.
Schedule landscaping projects and coordinate timelines with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Prepare project documentation, timelines, and client records.

Prepare and process bi-weekly employee timesheets for payroll.
Maintain accurate project files, photos, permits, and documentation in Google Drive.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
