Company Overview
FRÍO is a Dubai beverage company that produces sparkling water and cola.
Its products are sold in approximately 1,500 stores across the UAE, as well as cafés, restaurants, and online.
The company operates with a small team.
Role Overview
Run the office side of the beverage trading business and report to the founder.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Prepare customer invoices, follow up payments, and keep the sales ledger correct.
- Enter supplier invoices, prepare purchase orders, and check deliveries against orders.
- Keep stock records and flag mismatches between what was produced, sold, and delivered.
- Prepare documents for the trade licence, VAT filing, and other government portals.
- Keep employee files, attendance, leave, and WPS salary records.
- Coordinate daily with the distributor, suppliers, drivers, and customers.
- Send the founder a simple weekly report.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 3 years inside a UAE food or beverage trading, distribution, or manufacturing company, excluding hotels, restaurants, and cafés.
