- Monitor service quality and follow up with staff and clients to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain clear records of communications, schedules, and service updates
- Support the management team with operational planning and process improvements

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between different teams
- Professional phone manner and customer service skills
- Problem solving mindset and ability to handle client concerns effectively
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and communication
- Previous supervisory or coordination experience preferred

Compensation
- Pay: QAR1,500.00 QAR3,000.00 per month
- Commission: QAR 3,000 to QAR 4,000 per closed deal
Work Environment
- This role involves regular communication with staff in the field, office administration, and clients.
