About the Role

Contract and Working Pattern

• This is a fixed temporary 12-month contract, internally known as a secondment.
• The role is based at the Bracknell Head Office and uses a hybrid working approach.
• The usual expectation is around three days per week in the office.
• The role is 35 hours per week.

Salary

• Salary is £40,000 to £58,500, depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide reporting for monthly and yearly closure within central finance teams.
• Establish reporting and process improvement procedures with finance partners, fleet operators, and workshop managers.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and yearly budget coordination.
• Manage vehicle leasing coordination with banking partners.
• Collate and analyse Partnership-wide cost allocation data.
• Coordinate reporting and analysis for fleet costs.
