To oversee and coordinate boutique operational activities, ensuring seamless daily operations, inventory accuracy, compliance with brand standards, and operational excellence.
The Operations Specialist supports the Salon Manager by maintaining operational controls, safeguarding assets, and ensuring a flawless luxury client experience.
1. Boutique Operations Management
- Ensure smooth execution of daily boutique operations.
- Monitor compliance with boutique operational procedures.
- Support opening and closing activities.
- Ensure operational readiness of the boutique at all times.
- Identify operational risks and recommend corrective actions.
2. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Coordinate stock movements and inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions.
- Support stock audits and inventory counts.
- Escalate discrepancies immediately.
3. Operational Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to company policies and brand procedures.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Maintain operational records and documentation.
- Monitor compliance with security protocols.
- Ensure proper execution of approval processes.
4. Boutique Standards & Presentation
- Ensure compliance with boutique presentation standards.
- Monitor housekeeping, hospitality, and operational readiness.
- Support implementation of VM and boutique setup guidelines.
- Ensure client areas consistently reflect luxury brand standards.
5. Sales & Customer Experience Support
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Coordinate operational requirements for client appointments and events.
- Ensure product availability and operational support for sales activities.
- Assist in ensuring seamless client journeys.
6. Reporting & Administration
- Maintain operational trackers and reports.
- Monitor key operational metrics.
- Prepare inventory and compliance reports.
- Support management with operational performance analysis.

Authority & Decision Making
- Coordinate daily operational activities.

- No authority over pricing, discounts, or commercial decisions.
- Support operational decision-making within approved procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years experience in luxury retail operations, inventory control, or boutique operations.
- Experience with inventory systems and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
