Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels across key customer accounts and identify replenishment requirements
- Prepare replenishment plans based on sales trends, stock cover, seasonality, and customer demand
- Coordinate daily deliveries to customers and retail locations
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely order preparation, dispatch, and delivery
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Analyse sales, inventory, replenishment, and delivery performance
- Conduct regular visits to customer locations, retail stores, and warehouse facilities
- Act as a key operational link between sales, warehouse, merchandising, finance, and customer teams
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or a related role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to undertake regular field visits

Replenishment & Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels across key customer accounts and identify replenishment requirements.
- Prepare replenishment plans based on sales trends, stock cover, seasonality, and customer demand.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
- Track inventory movements and proactively highlight potential stock risks or opportunities.
Delivery & Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate daily deliveries to customers and retail locations.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure timely order preparation, dispatch, and delivery.
- Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding orders.
- Support inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and reconciliation activities.
- Assist in resolving operational issues related to stock, deliveries, and customer requirements.
Reporting & Business Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyse sales, inventory, replenishment, and delivery performance.
- Develop and maintain Excel based trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and stock performance.
- Support management with data driven insights and business analysis.
Field Operations & Account Support
- Conduct regular visits to customer locations, retail stores, and warehouse facilities.
- Review stock levels, product availability, merchandising standards, and operational execution.
- Build strong relationships with store teams and key account stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve replenishment, stock flow, and operational processes.
Cross Functional Coordination
- Act as a key operational link between sales, warehouse, merchandising, finance, and customer teams.
- Ensure effective communication and follow up across all departments.
- Support new store launches, promotions, and operational projects where required.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service levels.
Skills & Qualifications
- Essential: 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or a related role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to undertake regular field visits.
- Preferred: Experience within retail, consumer goods, distribution, or FMCG environments.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP Business One or similar.
- Understanding of inventory planning, replenishment processes, and warehouse operations.
