Qualifications & Specific Training
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes
Knowledge of FSSC 22000 requirements relevant to responsibilities
General Cert in Brewing/ Packaging
Significant experience working in FMCG
Substantial experience of Quality Control procedures
Significant experience of beer processing
Understanding of FSSC 22000
Understanding of HACCP
Detailed knowledge of Brewing Processes and downstream impact of quality control non-conformance
Highly developed communication skills
Developed microbiological techniques
Developed analytical techniques
Highly developed sensory skills
Methodical
Well organised, diligent & detail orientated.
Be able to work effectively unsupervised & independently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
