Operational Process Risk Analyst

• Process & Risk Assessment: Analyze and improve workflows across departments to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain a high-level understanding of risk reports and financial models used to measure TEA and Client exposures. Research and model cross-departmental risk to optimize TEA’s processes.

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline required; an advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of five years of relevant experience in process assessment, risk management, or related fields.
