Vet pharma vet.med.trd seeks an Operational Manager to oversee daily operations of veterinary pharmacy branches in Al-Ayn.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of veterinary pharmacy branches
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain internal controls and SOPs
- Coordinate with finance, purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies
- Analyze business performance and recommend improvements
- Supervise branch staff and ensure smooth workflow
- Support budgeting, cost control, and profitability initiatives
Requirements
- CA Inter qualification (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an audit firm
- Strong knowledge of accounting, internal controls, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Experience in operational management and process improvement
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
