Work Location

Pay
- Pay is QAR 12,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor KPIs and improve efficiency.
- Manage budgets, resources, and cost control.
- Coordinate departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Supervise and train staff.
- Prepare operational reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations or a similar managerial role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
