Operational Excellence Manager / Production

Operational Excellence Managers typically come from a background rich in process improvement, quality management, and strategic planning. Their experience often includes hands-on roles in optimizing operations, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Paper Machine Superintendent experience, or equivalent required. Operations Manager preferred.

A minimum of 5 years in the Paper Industry is required, operations is preferred.

Proficient in all Microsoft Windows programs, MiniTab, or equivalent, DOE, A3, Kaizen experience required.

Certifications & Licenses: certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green, Black, or Master Black Belt) and Project Management Professional (PMP) can be beneficial.

Kepner Tregoe coursework preferred.
