Key Tasks and Duties

  • Efficiently manage and reconcile cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, including conducting thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage and resolve cases related to the Central Bank of the UAE and UAE court proceedings, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in UAE based financial applications such as ICCS, FTS, WPS, and DDS, utilizing these tools to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in operations or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations relevant to operational activities in UAE.
