Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams and manage service operations efficiently
- Plan and oversee scheduling, spare parts inventory, resource allocation, and workforce deployment
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of pumps and electric motors
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions
- Perform inspection, testing, installation, commissioning, and performance evaluation of rotating equipment
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of service activities
- Ensure all maintenance and service work complies with quality, safety, and operational standards
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 5–10 Years of hands on pump and motor servicing experience
- Strong hands on experience with industrial pumps and electric motors
- Sound knowledge of rotating equipment, maintenance practices, and fault diagnosis
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings and technical documents
- Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple service activities while maintaining high quality and safety standards
