About the Role
ZIM Integrated Shipping Services seeks an Operation Officer to coordinate vessel schedules, manage container loading/discharge, and support customer service in Shenzhen. Requires college degree, shipping experience preferred, and strong English skills (CET 4 or above).

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with terminal for vessel schedule, berth arrangement, Stowman system update, and EDI transmissions
- Send loading forecast to partners, arrange rollover to meet allocation; ensure each shipment catches planned/targeted ship
- Arrange discharge and loading of containers at port of call according to booking, space allocation, and sales team requirements
- After vessel departure, prepare and send relevant reports (discharge and loading report, ACR report); update cargo movement and close vessel in system
- Work with customer service team to provide good support to local clients, such as offer late come to the customer
Requirements
- College graduates or above
- Have related shipping company working experience is preferable
- Excellent understanding/writing English ability, CET 4 or above
- Strong teamwork spirit, hard working and self motivated
- Stable, carefulness, responsible, and efficient
- Good computer skills, familiar with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
