We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to lead daily operations of an indoor family park in Riyadh. You will oversee team management, safety compliance, guest feedback, and operational KPIs.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily park operations to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient performance
- Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse operations team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company operating standards
- Monitor park cleanliness, attraction readiness, and facility maintenance
- Handle guest feedback and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Track operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
- Manage inventory, supplies, and operational budgets while controlling costs
- Coordinate with marketing team to support events, promotions, birthday parties, and seasonal campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail, leisure, or family entertainment
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
