- Manage day to day port and terminal operations
- Oversee vessel loading/unloading and cargo handling activities
- Supervise stevedoring operations and manpower deployment
- Coordinate berth planning, yard operations, and equipment utilization
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, port regulations, and operational standards
- Coordinate with shipping lines, terminal operators, and port authorities
- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, and turnaround time
- Lead multi shift operations and ensure efficient workforce management
- Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements
- Ensure timely and safe execution of all port operational activities
