Role Description
- This is a part time, on site Operation Manager / Project Engineer role based in Dubai.
- The role involves overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, and monitoring project progress against timelines and budgets.
- The Operation Manager / Project Engineer will review technical drawings, support project planning, track materials and resources, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- The role also includes preparing progress reports, documenting issues, and proposing practical solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and optimize workflows is a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and operations management skills to oversee day to day site activities and project workflows.
- Proven supervisory skills to guide on site teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret project data, identify risks, and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience in real estate development, construction, or project engineering, preferably within the Dubai market.
- Familiarity with project management tools and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work on site, manage multiple priorities, and uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards.
