- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Ensure clear communication and collaboration among all departments
- Take responsibility for team members' duties during their absence to maintain operational continuity
- Support and coordinate branch operational requirements
- Provide procurement support for branch requirements and operational needs
- Handle and monitor all operational cases and ensure timely resolution
- Track daily operational performance and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
- Support management with operational planning and coordination activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- 3 years of logistics/operational experience (Preferred)
