We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operating Room Nurse / Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team.
The ideal candidate will assist in surgical procedures, ensure a sterile environment, and support surgeons and medical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining sterile technique
- Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after surgery
- Monitor surgical equipment and report any issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals
For Operating Room Nurse
- Registered Nurse (RN) license QCHP
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Minimum [X] years of experience in an operating room setting
For Surgical Technologist
- Diploma or Associate degree in Surgical Technology
- Certification (e.g., CST) preferred
- QCHP License
- Previous OR experience is an advantage
