Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring an Operating Foreman to lead a zero-turn mowing crew with speed, pride, and accountability.
This is a working leadership role — you’ll be on the mower, setting the pace, while managing quality, safety, and crew performance.
If you take pride in clean stripes, tight edges, and finishing routes on time without excuses — this role is for you.
Daily Operations
- Run a zero-turn mowing route efficiently and profitably
- Lead a 2–3 person crew with clear expectations and standards
- Ensure properties meet company quality specs every visit
- Load/unload equipment and maintain a clean, organized truck
Leadership & Accountability
- Set the tone for pace, professionalism, and safety
- Train crew members on mowing patterns, trimming, and blowing standards
- Hold crew accountable for attendance, performance, and attitude
