Planning and execution of all type of Service Calls on Weekly / Monthly basis without any escalation.

Ensuring Top quality service to both internal and external customers for LabTech Instrument with high productivity.2.

Improve Customer Experience thru technical solutions, communication skills, pro-active planning3.

Demonstrate good technical knowledge of Analytical Chemistry instruments and LabTec scales / products4.

Generate leads for services and products based on customer needs 5.

Take ownership and deliver on the Key performance indicators for business and operations6.

Responsible to build customer relationship7.

Lead LAB Service performance levels by demonstrating organisation values through on-field services and through communication skills8.

Deliver on Good documentation practices as per organisation plan.

To efficiently deliver Service Support for Anachem/Labtec Products in NCR Region with customer centric approach and with high integrity.
