You are a proactive mining professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams and contractors to achieve safe and productive outcomes. You bring strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to build effective working relationships across a variety of stakeholders.

Previous experience in a mining, operational coordination or supervisory role.

Demonstrated supervision or leadership experience, ideally within mining or heavy industry environments.

Strong safety focus and commitment to risk management principles.

Well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.

Technical report writing and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
