Role overview
Provide technical assistance and maintain IT infrastructure for Endava employees and systems.
Support infrastructure reliability, security, and operational continuity across platform and workplace technology layers.
Responsibilities
- Help IT support teams maintain Endava IT infrastructure.
- Provide onsite and remote desktop support for employees using Endava IT assets and systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system problems.
- Manage IT hardware assets and update internal documentation and procedures.
- Respond to high-priority issues and participate in out-of-business-hours on-call support.
- Maintain access control and CCTV systems.
- Support conferencing equipment, collaboration rooms, and printing services.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows 10 and macOS installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience imaging and deploying Windows equipment using SCCM and Intune.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, networking, and Microsoft Office 365 administration.
- Experience with video conferencing, printing, patch management, asset management, and data center equipment maintenance.
- Awareness of ITIL, ITSM tools, IT hardware audits, and security audits.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and English communication skills.
