Onsite Project Manager

As an Onsite Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full execution of automation projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and scope compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience while being on the customer site everyday.

You’ll work closely with mechanical and electrical engineers, field superintendents, installers, subcontractors, and customers, managing projects from kickoff through completion with a high level of autonomy and accountability.

All over the U.S.

Travel: This position will travel from project to project.

Staying in one place 6 months at a time.

• Own project execution including scope, budget, schedule, and safety
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules
• Oversee project financials including invoicing, change orders, purchase orders, and subcontracts
• Lead regular project status meetings with internal teams and customers
• Coordinate construction, field engineering, and site material management
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Travel regularly to project sites to monitor progress and support field teams
• Champion site safety and compliance, resolving issues proactively
• Resolve technical, schedule, and customer issues in partnership with Engineering and Manufacturing
• Provide weekly project status reports covering budget, schedule, quality, and safety
• Serve as an ambassador for Aegis, building trust and long-term customer relationships

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
