Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support installation activities of water and wastewater treatment systems such as

+ Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP)

• + Ultrafiltration (UF) systems
• + Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
• + Demineralization (DM) plants
• Execute and lead commissioning activities including:
• + Pre-commissioning checks
• + System testing and trials
• + Performance validation
• Prepare and manage:
• + Detailed commissioning schedules and timelines
• + Material requirement lists (MRL) and site planning documents
• + Daily, weekly, and milestone progress reports
• Coordinate effectively with:
• + Clients and consultants
• + Internal engineering and project teams
• + Vendors and subcontractors
• Ensure smooth execution of complete site activities, including:
• + Equipment inspection and verification
• + Piping and instrumentation checks
• + Electrical and control system integration
• Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases
• Ensure strict adherence to:
• + Project specifications and quality standards
• + HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures
• + Local and international safety norms
• Support project handover activities including documentation, training, and client acceptance

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies
• Hands-on experience in installation supervision and site execution
• Ability to prepare commissioning schedules and material planning
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and client coordination abilities
• Familiarity with safety standards and site compliance requirements
• Willingness to travel and work on-site (onshore projects)
• Good documentation and reporting skills
