We provide clients with a personalized shopping and tailoring experience that combines heritage craftsmanship with modern luxury standards.

We are seeking an experienced Kandoura Store Manager with proven expertise in local men’s kandoura tailoring and sales to lead our Dubai boutique.

The ideal candidate will manage daily store operations, oversee tailors and sales staff, coordinate bespoke tailoring workflows, manage fabric and accessory inventory, and ensure exceptional service for every client.

Lead all store operations, including tailors, sales consultants, and support staff.

Deliver expert guidance and personalized service to clients purchasing kandouras and accessories.

Coordinate tailoring processes: measurements, fittings, production timelines, and deliveries.

Manage inventory of fabrics, accessories, and ready-made items; plan stock replenishment.

Maintain boutique presentation and luxury standards in displays and customer areas.

Handle escalated customer concerns professionally.

Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure high performance and service excellence.

Track sales, monitor KPIs, and report performance to management.

Proven experience in local men’s kandoura tailoring and sales.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of fabrics, tailoring workflows, and traditional men’s clothing.

Excellent customer service and communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).

High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in luxury retail or high-end tailoring preferred.
