About You
Significant experience leading complex transformation or programme delivery initiatives, ideally within higher education or a digital learning environment.
Demonstrable experience managing the full lifecycle of projects or programmes, from concept through to implementation and review.
Strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies (such as Agile) and digital planning tools (such as JIRA).
Proven ability to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, delivering work on time and within budget.
Experience of embedding governance, quality assurance and structured processes across concurrent workstreams.
Experience of line management and supporting the professional development of staff.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence a wide range of academic and professional stakeholders.
