Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative **Product Sourcing & Online Sales Specialist** to research profitable products, source reliable suppliers, and manage online sales across multiple channels including **Amazon, Noon, Shopify, social media platforms, and online groups**.

This role requires someone who understands how to **find opportunities**, negotiate deals, build listings, drive sales, and use **AI tools** for faster, smarter, and more effective execution.

. Product Research & Trend Analysis

Identify high-demand, trending, or unique products using platforms like: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Google Trends, TikTok trends / Instagram trends
Analyze competition, price points, and profit margins.
Validate demand and calculate projected sales using marketplace data.

2. Product Sourcing & Supplier Management

Source products from: Local UAE suppliers, China (1688, Alibaba), Turkey, India, or any relevant market
Request quotations, samples, and negotiate prices.
Build a network of reliable merchants, suppliers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
Ensure product quality, packaging requirements, and shipping timelines.

3. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Noon, Shopify)

Create, optimize, and manage product listings.
Write keyword-rich titles, descriptions, and backend keywords.
Monitor buy box performance, rankings, and conversion rates.
Manage FBA/FBM operations, inventory levels, and stock replenishment.
Run Amazon PPC campaigns when needed.

4. Social Media Selling & Community Sales

Sell through: Instagram pages, TikTok Shop, Facebook pages & groups, WhatsApp Business, Telegram groups, Post listings, reply to customers, close deals, and manage deliveries.
Create simple content to promote products (photos, videos, reels).
Build relationships with community pages and influencers.

5. AI Tools & Smart Tools Usage

Use AI tools for:
Product research insights
Competitor analysis
Market trends forecasting
Price monitoring
Listing optimization (titles, bullets, keywords)
Customer service automation
Report generation
Tools include ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helium 10 AI, Amazon AI tools, Canva AI, CapCut AI.

6. Order Management & Customer Support

Coordinate delivery, shipping, and fulfillment.
Manage messages, inquiries, and customer reviews.
Resolve issues quickly to maintain high ratings.

7. Reporting & Strategy

Prepare weekly sales reports, profit analysis, and forecasts.
Suggest new product categories and future sales opportunities.
Optimize inventory and pricing strategy for maximum profitability.

Required Skills & Experiencetechnical Skills

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Noon, Etsy, or Shopify.
Strong product sourcing and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with Instagram/TikTok selling and social commerce.
Knowledge of profit margin calculations and cost breakdowns.
Ability to run basic ads or promotions (Amazon PPC / social ads).
Comfortable using AI tools and online research systems.
