- Handle Instagram & WhatsApp queries, convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain excellent customer relations.
- Coordinate with the team during office days.
Requirements
- Sales, customer service experience.
- Basic Instagram/WhatsApp Business knowledge.
- Strong communication (English required, Arabic is a plus).
- Interest in art & handmade products is a plus.
