Job Overview
The Online Marketer will manage and improve the performance of company e-commerce websites.
The role covers website merchandising, campaign planning, website UX, Microsoft Clarity analysis, competitor monitoring, stock movement, promotions, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage website merchandising and ensure products, brands, categories, banners, offers, and promotions are displayed correctly.
- Review homepage, category, product, cart, and checkout experiences on mobile and desktop.
- Monitor Microsoft Clarity recordings, heatmaps, clicks, scrolling behaviour, and customer drop-off points.
- Report technical issues, follow up until resolution, and test completed fixes.
- Monitor competitors and prepare weekly competitor and website analysis reports.
- Suggest campaigns, promotions, merchandising activities, UX improvements, and website features.
- Prepare marketing plans and coordinate campaign banners, offers, dates, prices, messages, and website requirements.
- Monitor stock availability and product movement and coordinate campaign readiness with the Purchase Team.
- Coordinate creative assets, brand campaigns, launches, landing pages, bundles, and cross-promotions.
- Review online sales performance and identify conversion rate and Average Order Value opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain pending technical improvement requests.
