Role Description
Part-time, remote role responsible for fostering positive, professional engagement across the firm’s digital platforms and online communities.
The role includes moderation, inquiry response, community content, online campaign support, escalation, engagement tracking, and internal collaboration.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate comments and discussions across digital platforms and online communities.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and courteously, escalating sensitive or complex matters when appropriate.
- Create and schedule community-focused posts and support campaigns promoting legal awareness.
- Apply community guidelines consistently and track engagement metrics.
- Gather community feedback and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve the online experience and digital presence.
Qualifications
- Experience building and maintaining online communities with strong community management and engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for respectful interaction with diverse audiences.
- Customer service capability, including inquiry handling, issue resolution, and professional conflict management.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and use collaboration and social media tools.
