About the Role
GSK's Gulf Oncology team is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to manage sales and business activities across an assigned territory in the UAE. The role involves driving sales, building customer relationships, and implementing business plans.

Responsibilities
- Develop market intelligence and initiate the forecasting process in alignment with commercial trade channel and marketing teams
- Drive end to end patient solutions and tracking to support product supply process
- Conduct frequent effective group meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease and product awareness
- Drive performance and results through patient recruitment and end to end account management
- Carry out marketing specific tasks to address market needs and drive portfolio performance
- Establish long lasting relationships with scientific societies and KEEs to leverage advocacy and support patient care
- Coordinate with cross functional team members to develop and implement plans for a defined territory
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a track record of proven sales success
- Recent oncology/hematology experience in UAE is a must (one year or more)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as required
- Must be resident in UAE

About the Role
- GSK’s GULF Oncology team is looking for Oncology Account Manager to manage the sales and business activities across an assigned geographical scope.
- Key to this position is the ability to drive sales, leverage customer relationships and impact a variety of customer segments.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Develop market intelligence & initiate the forecasting process in alignment with the commercial trade channel and marketing teams to reflect the actual market demand.
- Drive end to end patient solutions & tracking to support the product supply process & coordinate with supply chain and commercial trade channel teams to ensure product availability and manage the products’ shelf life.
- Conduct frequent effective group meetings and interactions with HCPs to drive disease & product awareness.
- Drive performance and results through patient recruitment and end to end account management with full adherence to GSK way of working.
- Carry out marketing specific tasks that will address market needs to drive portfolio’s performance.
- Establish long lasting relationships with scientific societies & KEEs to leverage advocacy & support patient care across the region.
- Coordinate with cross functional team members to develop & implement plans of a defined territory to establish a clear success roadmap with the key accounts.
Basic Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a Track record of proven sales success consecutively.
- Recent oncology/hematology experience in UAE is a must with one year or more as a minimum to be considered.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as required.
- Please note that the successful candidate must be resident in UAE.

- Understanding patient journey, full account mapping & product listing process.
- Developing and maintaining long term engagements with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Strong digital literacy and experience using CRM and remote engagement tools.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross functional teams and contributing to launches.
- Proven ability to think strategically and work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Operating at pace and agile decision making – using evidence and applying judgement to balance pace, rigor and risk.
Location and Working Model
- The Key Account Manager will be UAE‑based.
- This is a field‑based position that requires frequent travel across the assigned territory.
