About the Role
Manifest.eco is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to own the experience of bringing new eCommerce brands into their 3PL platform. The role requires technical depth, customer obsession, and project management skills to manage concurrent onboardings from kickoff through go-live.

Responsibilities
- Own a pipeline of concurrent onboardings from kickoff through go live and stabilization.
- Execute and validate all system configurations and data mapping between merchant platforms and Manifest's WMS.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot API and data integration issues across storefronts, ERPs, and EDI platforms.
- Ask deep questions to understand each brand's business model, inventory strategy, growth plans, and operational constraints.
- Translate complex logistics and fulfillment concepts into plain language for customers.
- Maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and capture all critical merchant requirements.
- Coordinate across Sales, Operations, and the merchant to keep projects on track.
- Surface process improvement opportunities and bring recommendations to the Head of Implementation.
Requirements
- 3+ years in implementation, technical project management, solutions consulting, or similar customer facing role in SaaS, B2B, or logistics
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento) and/or ERPs (NetSuite) is highly desirable
- Direct WMS experience is a significant asset
- Comfortable with APIs, data structures, and complex software integrations
- Proactive and organized; comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communicator across all audiences
- Google Suite proficiency

About Manifest.eco
- We're a sustainable third party logistics company (3PL) based in San Marcos, TX.
- We handle warehousing, shipping, and fulfillment for eCommerce brands with a focus on white glove service and eco friendly operations.
The Role
- Onboarding is where partnerships are won or lost.
- The Onboarding Specialist owns the experience of bringing new brands into Manifest, from the first technical conversation through go live and into early stage account stability.
- This role requires technical depth, customer obsession, and the ability to ask better questions than the customer expects.
- You'll manage a concurrent pipeline of brand onboardings, serve as the primary point of contact throughout, and own the handoff to Account Management.
What You'll Do
- Own a pipeline of concurrent onboardings from kickoff through go live and stabilization.
- Execute and validate all system configurations and data mapping between merchant platforms and Manifest's WMS.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot API and data integration issues across storefronts (Shopify), ERPs (NetSuite), EDI platforms (SPS Commerce, Orderful), and other middleware.
- Ask deep questions to fully understand each brand's business model, inventory strategy, growth plans, and operational constraints before recommending a path forward.
- Challenge assumptions when a better solution exists. Educate customers on best practices.
- Translate complex logistics and fulfillment concepts into plain language.
- Maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation and capture all critical merchant requirements in Pylon.
- Coordinate across Sales, Operations, and the merchant to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
- Surface process improvement opportunities and bring recommendations to the Head of Implementation.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in implementation, technical project management, solutions consulting, or a similar customer facing role in SaaS, B2B, or logistics.
- Understands the customer's goal behind every request, not just what they asked for on the surface.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento) and/or ERPs (NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Direct WMS experience is a significant asset.
- Comfortable with APIs, data structures, and complex software integrations.
- Understands that a smooth onboarding has real downstream impact on the merchant relationship.
- Proactive and organized; comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects without dropping details.
- Strong communicator across all audiences, including non technical founders and executives.
- Google Suite proficiency.
Compensation
- $90,000 – $110,000 OTE depending on experience.
- Base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses.
- Bonus eligibility begins after the 90 day probationary period.
