- Participate in prospecting and the sales cycle, including client visits, proposals, presentations, and customer education
- Serve as the voice of the customer for product management, operations, sales, market intelligence, and proposal teams
- Lead or participate as a subject matter expert in cross functional projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- Project management experience (2+ years)
- Demonstrated change management experience managing work teams and driving cross functional activities
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software, including Visio and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to travel 10–15%

About the Role
- We’re looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the implementation of new customers and programs.
- You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle while proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and driving successful client onboarding.
What You’ll Do

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the leasing industry, specifically financial services, operations, or customer service.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- General business and financial knowledge.
- Strong leadership, relationship building, and change management skills.
- Ability to maintain a solution oriented approach and drive process improvement.
- Strong project leadership skills, including requirements gathering, risk management, issue resolution, scope management, and resource management.
Compensation
- The hiring base salary range for this position is CAD 76,300 CAD 104,900 annually.
- Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
