Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on site activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and quality requirements
- Coordinate activities among contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, consultants, and client representatives
- Ensure integration between base building readiness and specialized facility fit out activities
- Support equipment delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and project turnover activities
- Identify and manage field level coordination issues, constructability concerns, and interface risks
- Act as the primary on site point of contact for project stakeholders
- Participate in daily coordination meetings, project progress reviews, inspections, and turnover activities
- Communicate project updates, risks, and concerns to project leadership in a timely manner
- Promote adherence to site safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations
- Provide regular progress updates, including project status, risks, and key decisions
Requirements
- 8–15 years of project management, construction management, or site leadership experience
- Experience supporting large scale design build construction projects
- Strong knowledge of site development, utilities, building systems, and construction coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and contractors
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently on site while maintaining alignment with project leadership
- Saudi citizen (preferred)
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory, or other regulated facility environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with Saudi regulations, permitting processes, and authority approvals (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced On Site Project Manager to support the execution of a large scale construction and facility development project.
- The successful candidate will serve as the primary on site representative, ensuring effective coordination between contractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on site activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate activities among contractors, subcontractors, equipment vendors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Ensure integration between base building readiness and specialized facility fit out activities.
- Support equipment delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and project turnover activities.
- Identify and manage field level coordination issues, constructability concerns, and interface risks.
