- Support the development and maintenance of the Compliance Monitoring System (CMS)
- Assist in internal audits and inspections across training departments
- Help coordinate communication with GCAA and other regulatory bodies
- Track non conformities and support corrective action plans
- Assist in preparing compliance reports for senior management
- Help review training curricula for alignment with aviation safety regulations
- Deliver ground and practical training sessions for drone/UAS courses
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials in line with regulatory standards
- Conduct flight demonstrations and supervise student practical sessions
- Evaluate trainee performance and maintain training records
- Ensure training sessions comply with GCAA/UAS safety regulations

- Bachelorโs degree or relevant qualification (recent graduates welcome)
- Must currently be based in Dubai, UAE
- Available to join immediately
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Genuine interest in aviation/drone industry

- ATW Aviation Training Services, a GCAA approved and ICAO aligned aviation training provider in Dubai, is expanding our team! Weโre currently hiring for Compliance Monitoring Coordinator and Drone Instructor roles.
Compliance Monitoring Coordinator Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of the Compliance Monitoring System (CMS)
- Assist in internal audits and inspections across training departments
- Help coordinate communication with GCAA and other regulatory bodies
